***Expedited Shipping***
We do offer an option at checkout to upgrade your shipping to expedited. We make every effort to ship out same day, with 2-3 day shipping time for you to receive your package. This is a great option for those who are looking to receive your items faster, without waiting for ground shipping times that could take a week.
***PRE ORDERS***
Please be advised that partial shipments for Pre-Orders are not possible. Orders can only be fulfilled once all items are available in stock. Pre-Orders will be shipped on their respective release dates once ALL items of your order are in stock. If you wish to purchase both in-stock items and pre-orders, kindly place two separate orders: one containing the available items, and another for the pre-ordered items scheduled for release on specified dates. Release dates for all items are listed in their respective descriptions.
Cancel, Return, & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at info@FiresCardShop.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellation requests can be made before shipment but are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing fees incurred during the initial transaction.
For Pre-Order cancellations, a 10% cancellation fee applies. Our ordering process with distributors is based on pre-order numbers plus additional stock for launch. We strive to accommodate your needs while mitigating the impact of large cancellations after product procurement.
